He is right but it is his inconsistencies that is the problem. ... the big difference being in 2016 bh has severely been crippled that any it requires any media attention to remain relevant while in 2015 it had reached the peak of its power and seemed to have place us on the defense .

Boko Haram reached its peak in 2015 because people like this guy were giving them publicity. Nothing has changed. Boko is still as active as they were, the difference is that the propaganda agents have changed loyalties.
