so Sorry i wasn't online to reply you when this issue happened, hw were u able to resolve it? I encountered such problem too Which was as a result of outdated mozila Firefox i used but i was able to use my computer skills to resolve it by clicking on settings and clicking allow pop ups and i was Happy it came up n 3mins gone but i was still able to finish.

just the same questions you entered while applying for the scholarship. They just want to see if you were sincere in answering the questions during application..so they can ask about family, local govt etc.
