hi,

The fastest way to lose weight is a mixture of maintaining a consistent exercise plan and eating the right kind of food. The question now is how to maintain a good body exercise amidst of demands and challenges from day to day acivities such as job,family and business eating deep into man hours on each day.

Now,how can we curb abdominal fat?or even put a stop it?as it plays major feature of healthy living. why are we exercising? what are we exercising for?and lastly why do we make lifestyle changes? could it be for weight loss? increase in strenght or is for the purpose of good cardiovascular health needed to keep your blood pressure or to reduce cholestrol?

Though some house wives do exercise their body in order to maintain good body and childlike stature so as to remain younger each day so as to keep their husband eye out of the street.

Self love is the ability to appreciate and live the life which God has given you and seekknowledge to preserve good health.
It is worrisome how some religious fanatics wrongly teaches that the body is less important to the soul and spirit.

The body,mind and spirit are totally interrelated and interdependent. When you dont feel good about yourself definitely other parts of the body will be adersely affected in terms looks,strength and health which will definitely turns out to be discouraging and nauseating, for instance a nursing mother who has to contend with taking care of her offsprings and hubby, hitherto be required to work hard in her office where she earns her living.

Though exercising may be the last thing on your mind when you dont seem to have enough energy to face the day.
