may i ask if there is a dietician in the house who can help prepare a weight loss diet using only nigerian foods, fruits and veggies, am fed up with all the online diets that have all sorts of strange food items there, cant find them around and some you can find are crazily expensive, imagine a small measure of plums for N1,500.00 naira , haba! pls people come to my rescue, i need to shed about 40 kg.

U cant go wrong wid fruits and veggies. . . .also cut down on greasy foods!!!

appreciate what you said, but i am also aware that not all fruits can be consumed as one desires, take an avocado pear for instance the calories stored that single fruit is scary , would like to have a schedule , that considers the calorie value of each food item,

if you check her blog there is a diet there that has normal naija food, e.g beans, eba , rice e.t.c.
