Sorry for replying late. Trute is most earth rods in the market are susceptible to rapid corrosion and therefore not advisable for flood plains. If topography is rock solid, direct rods clamped to tapes work fine |

For both buried copper tape and on the wall clipping of copper tape, which one is more effective? Secondly, if copper tape is laid under the roof, is it good and effective too? And lastly, what are the recommended earthen materials to buried for proper and rest of mind thunder arrestor in Nigeria? Thanks |

Bolasola: 1st:copper mat made of tape itself. Copper mat goes into the earth and act a form of electrode. They're both necessary 2nd If in the roof, the copper tape has to be properly routed. 3rd and last: Adequate water is a must depending on the water nature of the site.
