So it's now free under buhari to steal and declare it and go free? I weep for the youth of this country. How on earth a soldier will save over $200M? Even a US army cannot. The lawyer is pi only after his money. Let's wait for another government. As for buhari it's just to weaken opposition to get a soft land come 2019. I don't see any fight against corruption but against opposition.

Could a man have saved 3yrs salary to acquire properties worth his entire life time professional salaries?.

Sorry, your 'brother', our president started it by claiming and making so much 'noise' that he is fighting corruption and has been hard on the opposition. So patriotic people from across Nigeria are asking him not to have any sacred cows if indeed he wants to rid the country of corruption. Unfortunately from your comments, it is clear that you do not support the war against corruption once your 'brothers' are involved. Is that not hypocrisy?

The CCB only certified that as a public office holder that he has fulfilled the requirements of asset declaration. Now that is compliance. Leave that aside, that's not the subject of this discussion.

The subject of this discussion is how did he get the money? It's as simple as that. Now his salary throughout his career wouldn't have given him such and as a military officer he is not supposed to have any other job. So how did he get the money.

The funds could have come from any other legitimate sources from families and friends apart from his salaries. the bottom line here is he has been investigated and found not wanting. If u feel suspicious that the investigation wasn't throughly done then hire a private investigator to get the job done or wait till when this govt leaves and the next will do his own investigation. Those are the two options left for u other than wailing. Or better still invoke the FOI law to secure and get ur answers. The bitter truth here is u are just insinuating. U don't know quite a lot of things on this issue yet u Av come to ur conclusion.
