A rape suspect known as Okpara Miracle, in Awka, Anambra has reportedly escaped through a window while he was being prepared for an arraignment in court. According to the reporters, the suspect managed to escape after his handcuffs were removed, offering him an opportunity to break the louvres of the room where he was being held. |
