The beauty of EEE is that you can work in any sub-set of the field, after which you can major in that one.I for one,I loved the Power sector, but I found myself in the Building Services/Rural Electrification/Transformer Installation Supervision field.
As a fresh graduate, you can fit into the various sub-fields of EEE: Telecoms; Power ; Building Services( M&E ); Sub-Sea ; Wireline ; Control ; Automation ;Electronics.

EE Engineers are hot cake in the industry,be oil and gas,FMCG.

So just keep updating your skills-AutoCAD,PLC programming, etc.

Where do u base? PM me.

Any of the option you choose is an hot cake in the Labour market.
You can work in the following sectors with Electronics background: Telecommunications; Instrumentation and Control; Automation; Wireline ; Subsea Engineering;Electronics; Computer.
For Power option, you can work in the following sector: Power Generation/Transmission/Distribution;Building Services(M&E); Maintenance.
Do know that there are Power Engineers in all industries, drilling platforms/wells.

The bottom line is that EE Engineers are indispensable in all sectors of industries:O&G; FMCG;BANKING,Educational Institutions,Military,et

Go for electrical power then save money for Industrial automation training because Nigeria Universities can't teach it. Try having knowledge beyond the scopes of Nigeria's tertiary institution curriculum. Telecoms is very good also but there are more manufacturing firms than telecoms firms here in 9ja. With the knowledge of electrical power then coupled with automation and instrumentation skills believe me bro, you are going to be hot cake for the manufacturing firms. With power you can also choose to specialise in power utilities which is also lucrative.
