I know that there are capable hands in the building who wouldn't turn a brothers plea for help down. I have a female dog which is 15months old now. It has never being on heat before. I have been observing it since 9months but nothing. No drop or swollen vulva, no sign. I don't know what to do . Specie is gsd/rott mix Pls help . Pics attached
