Any security agency can be tasked/empowered by the president to arrest any criminal. Even in the United States, the greatest democracy, SSS, FBI etc arrest judges who involved in bribery and corruption. See below:

Alagba! A cases from the NJC can still proceed to Supreme Court. If you feel justice isn't done, then is either you over hull the judicary system itself or you sponsor a bill t the NASS.


Law depends on the intepretation that is why the phrase 'Get a good lawyer' is common.

After listening to DSS's side of the story, I saw the moral gap of expectation in the conduct of those arrested but that alone may not stand the test of legal standards. FG (Executive, Legislature and Judiciary) must no doubt over hull the standards in Judiciary but it must be user friendly.

were you not aware of the decision of the NJC to perpectually suspend a chief judgevin rivers state even when a federal high court had said his appointment was legal? do your research on the NJC's handling of their own for the past decade and it will shock you....giving handslapping judgements except for the ONLY case a forthnight ago where they recommended prosecution. if you don'tclean up from within then external clean up is inevitable, even when the prosecution is also filthy. let them go prove thesources of the monies in their custody. when a sitting governor slapped ahigh court judge, the NBA did not cry out. the shameless solidarity will not help us all. lets remain objective not setimental. how i wish this is how nigerians rally round innocent nigerians arrested and detained unjustly by the same DSS, without evidence as huge as this. i have sen people arrested by DSS just because they chatted with a white man onfacebook without scrutinizing the content of the chat. lets us remain balanced and defend the defenseless. at the end of the day, they settle themselves and the common man who doesn't have big pockets keep suffering from acorrupt judiciary. was the conflicting judgements in the markafi-sherriff case not an eyeopener? please.
