Isolated attacks will continue for a long time. Same way in Iraq & Afghanistan Al-Qeada has been defeated, but they still carry out IED attacks.

Suicide bombing is not won with Guns, the Government needs to improve on the living standards of the people and the quality of life they live. A happy man will not kill himself no matter the enticement (except for extremists and lunatics).
