How Do I Redirect My Way To God by Omoabejide(f): 8:54pm On Oct 12, 2016
I have committed the gravest sin of my life. Though am finding difficult to forgive myself but I pray God forgive me. After committing the sin, I was humiliated and embarrassed but it has happened. Pls I need someone to tell me how to go back to God cos am ashamed to even mention his name. Thank you

Isaiah 43:25-26.

Firstly, you have to forgive yourself. Don't let your mind tell you God will never forgive you, don't let this sin hold you back.


Secondly, ask God for His mercy & forgiveness. True repentance is what matters. Read the scriptures and ask the Holy Spirit for help.

Now, listen up...

Going back to God doesn't take a time, but your heart... We all have sinned according to the holywrit...

When we indulges into sin, we always feel this guilt in us. That's the spirit man letting you know you did wrong. On the other hand, the devil using that in accusing you, making you feel extreme guilt and hate for your self. And at times you are like, "i can't forgive myself..." there by clicking to your own words, you feel guilty to appear before God...

Going back to God, you need this: genuine repentance, heart of submission, right confession, dedication, and avoiding some people you move with...

John 6;37; who ever comes to me shall not be cast away...

Trust God, He will forgive you. And don't return to it again...

God is able to forgive even the gravest of sins.

Hello Omoabejide, relax. You see, all of us are sinners.

You may be wondering if you've committed the unpardonable sin. But I tell, you're very far from it.

Here's God's answer to your question. "Come now, let us settle the matter, says the LORD. Though your sins are like scarlet, I will make them as white as snow. Though they are as red as crimson, I will make them as white
as wool" (Isaiah 1:18).

It is done. Go now to your Father and confess your sins to Him, in full assurance of receiving forgiveness and mercy. Blessed!

I'd give you two options depending on which you're most comfortable with.

1. Python/Django
Import httpResponseRedirect from Django
Create your view function.
Then from your view function,
Return httpResponseRedirect('/toGod)

Note : You most likely have to make sure you already defined the toGod url before hand.



2. PHP/Code igniter

This one is very simple.

Just do a simple redirect('toGod') where toGod is your controller.


Its that simple.

God"s ways are not man's ways.Getting back to God is not complicated at all,if you are a christian,just repent genuinely and confess your sins to God and believe in your heart that He has forgiven you.After that you have to take your prayer life more seriously and if possible add some fasting to it as your spirit leads you and after sometime,you will start feeling the presence of the holy ghost increase in you.You could also consider working in any dept in your local Church.

I think it is good you recognise the primary Personality involved; GOD.

Even though, God does not condone sin Yet He is a God of Love. Imagine your daughter telling you with tears of sincerity that she violated your most important command.

You will probably judge her sincerity as human as you are and act based on love.

All of us have sinned and come short of the glory of God!
No one enters heaven by being perfect; for by grace we are saved.

If you have prayed and the Holy Spirit bears you withness that He has accepted you, Go and Sin no more.

That is the Word of Jesus to You:
Woman go Sin no more: Jesus has not condemned you.

The next step is to forgive yourself.

However, the scars will always remain o! There is nothing you can do about that. It is worse when a secret is involved.

Ask for grace for Healing,
Ask that Satan will not capitalize on your errors.

If it has to do with infidelity, turn the experience into greater love for your spouse...love him with everything.

Should you tell him? I don't know! It could break your marriage except your husband is a "Joseph"
