Something similar happened to me too. I think the cab man entered a wrong lane. He was flagged down by the police and the 'oga' sent his boy to collect cash from the driver. The policeman even followed the driver to the ATM so he can withdraw money for him

Nigeria is a funny place. How does a bank alert implicate someone as a cyber fraudster? Besides, on what basis should a policeman be perusing a passerby's phone and accessing his private and confidential information such as bank messages? To what extent is any evidence of guilt obtained through such unlawful breach of privacy admissible in any court?

Why is Nigeria such a lawless place?

Naija police that will claim you are a fraudster if they see your call log and there is a foreign number in it or even seeing you with a laptop they can tag you a fraudster
