Tragedy was averted yesterday night After a Accident terrible at Jackande round-about Lekki at 3:20am between Dangote cement trailer & a Toyota matrix. When I drove past there around 9pm, I felt there was going to be accident there. It was apparent the way those construction workers excavated the roundabout without proper lighting and bigger warning signs. |
