Seun, I really think you should take a leaf from quora.com, I mean that's how a sensible forum should be operated.

Its OK for people to create any topic they wish, but I thought only the best of the best (informative, educative, inspirational, motivational) should grace the front page.

Again try put a stop to all these senseless space booking, trashy comments(in the bid to be funny), tribalism (which is having a field day here) and 'name checking', which still falls under tribalism.
