Don't allow your health to deteriorate to the point of hospital admissions and blood transfusion (which is dangerous for you because of the risk of overload). Just start Dioscovite and halt the crisis. |

Drinking adequate water, good personal hygiene and eating adequate balanced diet cannot be replaced by Dioscovite. Take care of yourself! People who don't have the Ss genotype also fall ill from Malaria and even non-communicable diseases. So everything is not sickle cell crisis, though the crisis can be provoked by other diseases too. That's why it is important you are health-conscious-- like everyone else should be. |
