No, you can get it in the mosque. Anyways, not all bookshop sell it, you can buy on demand.

No definite time for shortlisting...but this year seems to be moving fast. Be ready anytime very soon.
As for pass mark, there is no pass mark per se. It all depends on how many people perform well from your state. If d best in your state is 90%, then you know it's too bad for others from that state. In all let's just pray for favour.
