so how would the trust come into play if there is no content on your website or blog. Or are you going to bring up an empty blog or site without any contents to get google to trust it. Bro, you really don't have a clue that content is what makes a website and blog. Even the seo, you need contents to gear it up. bro we are still saying same thing. You can't rely on just contents alone. What makes a human being is not only the eyes or ear. There are so many components that makes a human being as so there is with blogs. Don't write or put up a single content on your blog/website and see if google will trust your site. you've just said it bro, you are contradicting yourself. You said a single page with a content ranks very well in google. That is it. The page is not empty, it is made up of contents that can be used to carry out seo and other hidden strategies. The page won't rank well if there is no content at all. Why don't you create a single page without contents in title, description, header logo and body and then fire it up with backlinks and see if it will rank well or if google will trust it for any keyword.

I believe that CONTENT is king in the blogosphere.

1. Before a blog/website can build TRUST, High quality contents would have been CONSISTENTLY published on it.

Why is this so, you may ask?

To answer that, one will have to understand how the search engines work.

Here's a simplified illustration:

1. A user 'comes' to say google and searches for "Purple Hibiscus in Nigeria"

2. Google checks it's index and returns results it believes that will be helpful to the 'searcher'

3. The user clicks one of the websites returned.

The next question is, How does Google know that the website is useful to the searcher?

There are many signals that Google considers.

One is the bounce rate.

Now, back to our illustration:

Scenario I:
The searcher clicks one of the sites and immediately closes or goes back to the search result page

Scenario 2:
The searcher clicks one of the sites and spends a lot of time on the website.

Which of these websites do you think Google will show when s similar query is made?

That's how Trust is built.

Conclusion: To build Trust with Google, authority websites and Users, publish high quality, informational and helpful articles on your blog. This is actually how to rank high.

What if you have Great Content as you illustrated and Google does not still Trust your website , or you think Every website with Contents is what Google Trusts ! We should rate Content under Trust which makes Trust the king and Content the Chief . Chiefs are also Part of the Carbinet that play a Part in desion making and can also Influence the Desion of the Cabinet but they don't have the Final Say .

Trust as the Final say which is why i said Trust is the King , it will either tell Google if your site should be Ranked or not .

Firstly, I didn't say google Trusts every site with contents.
