wrote IweepforMyDearStateBorno: #Admission Saga!!! A saying says if you see
something say something.As
a young lady who hides
thousand of feelings in her
heart decided to voice
out.Considering it that matter was disheartening. I have
never thought of writing such
a thing in my Wall but VC,
Registrar, Heartless and less
concern Leaders nd Elders
force me to,because of Saddness and sorrow that
grief my heart..
Let me start by saluting him
{VC} on the Innovation and
development he has brought
to dz Great Institution. { Unimaid}.
Sir, We need to really know
how is the process of offering
Admission is Going or taking
place in this great institution.
Is it base on Merit?Tribalism? or base on Godfatherism?Am
very
perplexed Despite being having the least number of university in
Nigeria but Only 20% if I may
assume goes to d indigenes.
But why? Have we not got
enough potentials to be
among the elites which are supposed to be admitted? Or
have we however not
Nigerians? The rate of given
admissions to the indigenes of
the State{ Borno} is sooo
disheartening. Borno leaders please where are you?? Such
thing is happening in your
state infact to your youths
but none of you can caution
them You folded your
arms watching all this mess?? When will you start acting
like leaders?? Ajaba!!
Even the batch list itself took
almost a perdition-time before
it is released leaving all
aspirants in commotions and thinking maybe Unimaid has
been sleeping or forgetful
about its 2016/2017
admissions.They pasted the
first and Second list at
thesame time given no room for second chances to the
indigenes of borno and now, I
see again the so-much hyped
supplementary list which has
been the most talk-of-the-
town. Aspirants have waited and waited but at last a heavy
blow on their faces,few
jubilated. Is it that the school
doesn't cherish and appreciate
hard work or what? Please
we need to know! Furthermore, this moment is
crucial because it has caused a
lot of pandemonium in the
midst of great aspirants. Oh,
how I wish you could visit
the homes of aspirants seeking about the admission
Saga and see the looks on
their faces, mehn! You will
really see that it's not smiling
at all. We need actions!
And as a matter of fact, it's not easy waiting for a year at
home.We all know fully well
the benefits of education for
our future purposes and
careers even for the fact that
most aspirants do get fed up because of the way admission
has been difficult across our
institution.
We wrote Jamb with all heads
boiling, waited till October
before the list came up.I remembered those periods, it
was like hell because we are
just so anxious for the list to
be Out. And here we are,we
haven't been admitted?
Looking at all the struggles and the hustles, Why did we
deserved this for Godsake Should we say
this is intentional??
Come to look at it, Must guys
hustled hard to get all this
registration money right from
the get-go! Starting from JAMB form right to the so
called *#Remita* or Screening form. Now, will it be right to
forfeit us our admission rights
and generally our education
rights to be precise? Chai!
Corrupted state!!!
In conclusion, using this pleasant and spreadable
medium #HELP ME TO VOICE IT OUT PLEASE. And i plead and
urged Our Leaders, Elders to
look into this matter. #WeWantAdmission ! #WeWantEducation ! #WewantUnimaid . #LongliveBorno #God Bless the one who have feelings and concern to borno

My heart bleeds to realize an aspirant wrote this, it speaks volume. Op indeed is a 'leader of tomorrow' who seeks admission on 'indigeneship' and EDLS grounds and who's likely to head an FG organ on federal character principle. undecided undecided undecided
What else do u want from unimaid op?
Combined results were accepted (from indigenes) to study medicine, indigenes with as low as 210 were given medicine and some other competitive courses at the peril of non-indigenes with 250+. Make your findings and you'll understand better.
Kindly tell us the utme scores of indigenes that were denied admissions and their courses.
Peace
