Well, till I read the full Act, but if these excerpts are anything to go by, it's nothing but giving with the right hand and taking with the left hand. The mere fact of the sexual r/ship btw a lecturer and a student shld be criminalised because the status of a lecturer compared with a student is one wr the lecturer has a stronger bargaining power, weda in terms of educational standing or social standing. So the influence of the lecturer over the student is overwhelming and undue. Therefore the consent of the student bcoms needless in determining the culpability of the lecturer.

Can't u all see why inec should always allow us decide who we want to represent us at all levels? Instead of colluding with party bigwigs to subvert the course of justice let inec make sure they announce original results whenever they conduct elections. Ovie Omo agege hasn't stayed in that Senate for long and we can see his visible and meaningful contribution to entrench law and order in this country. What this tells us is, we have eyes and know people who can deliver but we end up having unpopular people leading us because of the umpire in our elections. Ighoyota Amori was in the Senate after stealing Omo Agege's mandate and did not make any meaningful impact until the real owner of the mandate took over.
