No one frowns at a widow with kids cos she became a single mom due to her husband's death. It is only those that got pregnant out of wedlock that are mostly judged and stereotyped.

That being said,only a few young single men would consider marrying a widow in her 40s unless he's in for the money,in this case,the woman would bear it in mind that he will keep other younger girls.

The lady in question is the second daughter of Muhammadu Buhari from Safinatu Buhari ; not Aisha Buhari.

By normal birth spacing, (Buhari married Safinatu 1971)she probably was born around 1973 to 1975. This places her age between between 41 to 43 years.
A matured lady like this down south probably becomes elders food or hidden mistress. Which religion permits that.

While I am not digging into the family secrets of the first family, it is on record that Buhari's first daughter died during childbirth, occasioned by anaemia due to blood loss.( she had sickle cell anaemia) .

It stands to right conjecture that maybe this Fatima, also have the same ailment. The tragic loss of her elder sister, probably made her put off marriage and child birth to save her life.(my conjecture) .
