When you are told the real age of some people, you will be surprised. Some people are a decade younger than their look, while some are even older that their age. I remember a family friend with three boys; their eldest brother looks younger than the junior ones while the youngest brother looks older than all of them. This occurs when certain people show unsimilarities between their biological and chronological age. Chronological (age measured by the time either years or months that something or someone has existed) where biological age indicates how the body performs with time. Researchers have found the engagement of chromosomes in functional body parts which causes the huge disagreement in your real age and the physical appearance. The question of what do people who age with beauty and younger looks do that separates them from others, has remained unanswered. But the simple steps below could be what could have given them that result.
1. Involving in Brain boosting Activities: researchers suggest that those who indulge themselves in brain tasking activities like playing chess, scrabbles, writing, reading and even relaxing and other hobbies have low probability of developing memory problems when they get old. The common of such memory problems is amnesia; which is partial or total memory loss. This gives rise to the fact that those who tend to show memory loss are thought to be aging due to the fact that amnesia is linked with increasing age.
2. Stress management: this is one of the major causes of aging, as a matter of fact, it speeds aging up in the body. Victims of too much stress are always characterised with bald hair, wrinkled and dry skin, bony body structure and even grey hair. Stress makes one older than the actual age, though it managed, it is unavoidable.
3. Regular Exercises: indulging in a fitness programme and exercise can help reduce aging and keeps the body in good shape, makes one fit; increases body metabolism and mental wellbeing, and strengthen the bones. That is why most people that are in to exercises at a very early stage tend to be more fit than those who did not at their old age. It is also of advantage that those that exercise their body regularly tends to have a reduced rate of falling ill than those that did not.
4. Anger management: anger or hatred is one major reason some people look older than their age. They tend to squeeze their face which cause wrinkle and also increases their high blood pressure. It is advised to go to a certified psychologist to work that out for the victim, and also going to comedy shows, seeing comedy movies which tend to make the victim laugh can also help out.
5. Feeding well: the type of food will determine how your health will be, it will also determine how you age. A healthy lifestyle encompasses good hygiene, good food which must be balanced diet. It has been proven that those that consume a well balanced meal i.e. balanced diet which serves as a supply of nutrient for quality human function age gracefully.
6. Regular checkups: The popular saying “Health is wealth” is a fact people who love their old age will not take with levity. It can be pointed out that those who neglected their wellbeing tend to become older than their age. As human beings grow old, their health state starts to deteriorates and even become more vulnerable to sickness. But this can be resolved with constant health checkups and even the use of some supplements to cover for lost body tissue in the process of aging.
