Jokerman:HOW Can a drunkard police arrest a drunk man, or akuna-akuna police to arrest a prostitute? Is like what the police always do in my area, they always come for their wrap of weed every minute instead of to arrest the seller's and the buyers, I am not surprised the way iPods reason, always think in their sinful and corrupt manners, May God help IPods if they will ever make heaven 2 Likes |

all these people claiming to b practising sharia sul go read again, sharia s practical and conditions mus b met befor u punish sm1 Quran gave d conditions for punishment for all sharia laws, whic most of these kangaroo courts don't follow, and most of them sin pas d ppl they r prosecuting.. "The [Unmarried]woman or [unmarried] man found guilty of sexual intercourse— lash each one of them with a hundred lashes, and do not be taken by pity for them in the religion [i.e. law] of Allah, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. And let a group of the believers witness their punishment. The fornicator does not marry except a [female] fornicator or polytheist, and none marries her except a fornicator or a polytheist, and that [i.e. marriage to such persons] has been made unlawful to the believers. And those who accuse chaste women (of adultery) and then do not produce four witnesses — lash them with eighty lashes and do not accept from them testimony ever after. And those are the defiantly disobedient. Except for those who repent thereafter and reform, for indeed Allah is Forgiving and Merciful." [Quran 24: 2-5] Islamic law (Sharee'ah) prescribes a very heavy penalty for adultery. However, Islam does not legislate such a penalty without first putting in place sufficient legislation that protects people against falling in sin. It also ensures that the punishment is not enforced except in cases where there is certainty about the offence and its perpetrators. Islam is a complete code of living that is not based on punishment. Its basis is to provide all that promotes a clean and morally pure life. If some individuals then abandon such a clean and easy life in order to deliberately submerge themselves into filth, they incur such heavy penalty. In the case of adultery, Islam requires four witnesses to testify that they have seen the offence, or else, a clear and confirmed confession by the perpetrators. It may be suggested, then, that the punishment is unreal and unenforceable, which renders it ineffective as a deterrent. Punishment is not the basis of the Islamic approach; its basis is prevention, education and cultivating people’s finer feelings and consciences so that they refrain from even contemplating this offence. |

It's worthy to note that Boko Haram says it's fighting for a country to be governed through Islamic sharia criminal laws. Laughable seeing Nigerians shout "good job by our gallant soldiers " any time Nigeria soldiers gain upper hand against Boko Haram fighters. But truth is that Boko Haram which fights for a country to be governed through Islamic sharia criminal laws has millions of supporters in northern Nigeria which also unconstitutionally adopted unconsituational sharia criminal laws It shall be an endless fight against Boko Haram, but ignorance and political apathy have made many southern Nigerians not understand this. 4 Likes 2 Shares |

Jokerman: [size=13pt]one reason why we say Donald Trump hates them is this. Even in the United Kingdom of Great Britain, which is an English speaking catholic nation (Anglo catholic), they tend to host their own sharia law. Just depicts how confused they are. Since when did a way of life start affecting religious beliefs? Yet in their Quran it's allowed to marry more than one woman and fornicate with your maid servant whom you call slave. Isn't this deceit at its. First order! Smh for this utterly confused fellows. [/size] 2 Likes |

I fully support Sharia Law.. But we must apply it properly. Those who don't like it should leave the state or seek legal means of opposing it. We sadly live in a world where the majority calls the shots. But speaking on a national level, Sharia states should be exempted from proceeds of things they oppose like Alcohol, pork and such. It makes no sense that they should benefit from such taxes when they oppose them and don't contribute to them. 4 Likes 2 Shares |
