Great Hope High School, Sunshine Nursery and Primary School, Maryland Nursery and Primary School and Eucharia Nursery and Primary schools.
The 12 schools were among the 751 private schools recently discovered by the State Ministry of Education to be operating without approved licenses and necessary laws guiding their activities.
They were said to have earlier been served notices by the state Commissioner for Education, Dr. Festus Uzor, to stop further operations, but their alleged refusal led to their being charged to court by the state government.
