FORWARD

Every day is a golden opportunity. That opportunity is equally a gift. The gift is a divine gift from the Almighty Creator. We should not, at any moment, presume the gift. It is not a negotiated gift. Rather, it is a gift which the Good Lord gives to us freely and without any minimal contribution from our own part. This is why we are called upon to regard every day as a fresh gift and a fresh opportunity.

With the above in mind, every new day is a call to two essential duties. The first is gratitude to the Giver of the new day. The second is readiness to face the challenges of the new day.

The little pamphlet you are now holding titled, “Morning Rose for Each Day” is a conscious contribution by the author to help us live up to expectation in the discharge of the obligations of each new day. Namely, gratitude and living up to our challenge.

It is highly hoped that a diligent reflection on each day’s Morning Rose will help the reader to embrace every new day with gratitude to the Almighty Giver of life and a personal readiness to live up to the existential challenges of each day.
