We might have to wait forever if our budget funding is hinged on the hope of foreign loots, not to talk of the legal impediments surrounding the domestic loots. Our surest alternative is borrowing(external). And to help clear any doubt about its sincerity thereof , Buhari is most concerned about Nigerians not even his party in which he is the leader is any important , if he would not put a Kobo in the party's coffers, it only means, if it's not infrastructure, it's not Buhari.

Seriously u guys were happy with the China trip and all the things they promised now to rectify it as a law u now complain

Majority of this is not a loan as we know it... China and the rest will identify a project build it operate it for an agreed time frame and hand over... so we won't have an increased debt servicing. .. the others from the world bank have a grace period of 5 years and very low interest rates.. . By then our economy would have stabilised and taxing would be more effective so we should have a revenue of close to $100bn dollars per year so it wont be a problem

I disagree on the loan issue and if need be not such a huge amount...$29 billion..haba!!

Present adminjs must cut down in overhead expenditures and benefits.Snip off 40% to. the present payment structure allocated to the federal executives amd other arms of government. Add what has been recovered plus IGR.
Nigeria does not need such huge loan and debt.Not now and not ever.

Perhaps the incumbent administration need to hire foreign expats on financial administration.

Currently the set in charge are either incompetent, lack the brain power or both.
