Queen Elizabeth II never had a brother,but a younger sister,Margaret.The queen succeeded her father,George VI,who in turn succeeded his brother,Edward VIII,who abdicated.
All European monarchies have Crown Princes,from the Iberian peninsula to Scandinavia.
Having a crown prince succeed to the throne,doesn't a kingdom make however.
