Hello Guys, I have been thinking of a concept since last week and I thought it wise to start it off here. It is a common thing for people to set New Year resolutions and all that stuffs but it is also surprising to know the percentage of those that will keep to their resolution as the year wears on. Accountability, I believe, is one of the reasons people don't keep up with their resolutions/dreams for the New Year. I just thought most of us have bonded so much and we can be accountable to each other this year. Since we are like family members, we can all share our dreams on this thread, Also state our we intend to achieve it and also use the thread to update everyone about progress report all through the year. At intervals, we can ask ourselves how we are doing and look for ways to help or motivate those that are having problems meeting their goals. This is a practice that is being carried out by successful people. They are accountable to someone and they get motivated anytime they remember they have told someone about their dreams. What do you think about this? If it is an idea we all buy, the format is this: Dreams/Goals for the year Plan of Action Will You Need Help? If Yes, in what way? I believe someone's year can be a GREAT one if we can let this kick off without any hitch. Waiting to hear your opinions on this. |
