The problem is that the lies are always outrageous and somtimes v annoying,...when the true situation on ground says the exact opposite!

The fact is that Nigeria produces just about 2million tonnes but consumes about 6 million annually... Whether it is 1000 or 100,000 or 1 million, the real issue is that we still produce far less than we need.... The only reassuring thing about this news however is that we are at least making some marked progress in this regard.

With a population of 2bn people not starving to death and with rice being the staple food of china coupled with the fact that China has more favorable climate and a much larger land mass than Kebbi , I will take the Chinnese data over those Agric subsidy frauds in Kebbi.

Besides China has been a net exporter of rice for several millennia.

You provided the reference yet you did not understand the figures. Add 3 zeros to whatever figure you have quoted. For instance, China is 144,000,000.
