Hello Nairalanders, I have #500,000 and a small space in a quiet neighborhood. The space is only good for storage because the location is remote. No business can thrive there because there is even no foot traffic, it's located on a close. How best can I utilize these resources? What business can I go into. My location is close to Sango. Is it really advisable to go into business in this recession. The money is losing value daily also. Please guys, I need ideas. I am very open to partnerships also.
