That phone is not sold by Jumia but it's sold on Jumia by someone like you. If you have a product you can sell on Jumia and put any price you want, ok?
And as you can see in the picture, it's sold by KILE and also shipped from overseas

actually they buy from alienexpress, some shoppers ship with less than 40 dollars some 30 some free, sooo what u think about that

A seller is free to set his cost price, however ridiculous it will be to you the buyer, look for a cheaper alternative or seller, why is that such a difficult thing to do?

I wonder why some nigerians are like this, if he tries importing the said phone in this period, he will spend close to #150,000 from dues, clearance and what not. Just leave him, the only advice you can give him is to get it from Amazon, let's see how that works for him
