Gov. Nyesom Wike of Rivers on Friday relieved his Senior Special Assistant on Protocol, Sir Joe Akpa, of his appointment. This is contained in a statement by Mr Simeon Nwakaudu, Special Assistant to the governor on Electronic Media, in Port Harcourt. However, the statement did not give any reason for the action.
