thanks zdoh. is there any claims to the functionality of one over the other. furthermore, would a nigerian claiming a foreign address not get the hammer at a future date especially when witdrawing earnings?

Both are good and safe, Nigerian can claim but only virtual address or else you have family in over there It is possible to get hammer on your head especially when the issue of verification occured.
