See Ifeanyi Ubah. Igbo people always look very fresh and well fed because their foods have essential nutrients the body needs., Not like Afonjas that look so malnourished, dry and hunger fit from daily consumption just oil soup with zero nutrients. Sophisticated indeed...couldn't put together a balanced diet for your generation. If not for Calabar, Ibibio and Igbo foods packed with nutrients, only God know what will have become of this people.

You saw Ifeanyi Ubah looking like a morsel of eba moulded in anger and you are saying he is healthy. You think health is all about nkwobi and stout?

Actually, if you look at the stature of Ifeanyi Ubah, people with that level of fat do not live very long. Can you mention one person who you know that is as big as that and lived to be 75 years of age? The truth is that from around 50 years and above, obesity brings a lot of complications like hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, heart defects, etc. That is why you see Bill Gates, Carlos Slim, Abramovich, Dangote, Otedola, Etc with healthy statures and not like the average Nigerian bloated big man.

As for the latter part of your post, it is evident you have a lot of poor people as companions and it shows your position in life.
