Catfish is profitable and fast-growing business, the flesh of the fish is made up of protein, this protein is made up of Amino acid and amino acids are composed by carbon, Nitrogen and oxygen. These are different types of fish we can breed. Investment in fish farming could be in the area of fingerlings productions, feed formulation, marketing of fish at table size, processing of fish by smoking and freezing etc.
