it is no longer news that the Appeal have Suspend their Judgement on Eyitayo Jegede vs Jimoh Ibrahim Apeal jedgement pending the determiantion of Interlocutory injuctions at the Supreme Court.

However this is aiming at creating a timeline facts of Jimoh Ibrahim Antics.

1. I will make Sure Mimiko did not produce any successor- Jimoh Ibrahim

2. Approach Poroye to have him elisted as Factional PDP Candidate.

3. Held Primary in an Hotel at Ibadan with no delegate list.

4. Approach Abang on how to scuttles Eyitayo Jegede candidacy. This he successfuly did with Poroye who takes case to Abang signle-handedly employing the same Counsel as Complainant before Justice Abang and as Defendants in the same court before Justice Abang (Without Giving EYitayo Opportunity to Present his own counsel to defend his case)

5. Accuses INEC of asking for $1 million dollar bribe (which send INEC into jittery to enlist his name as PDP candidate)

6. Accuses and write petition against the Fisrt Appeal panel and blackmailing them of Collecting bride from Mimiko (which they run away when NJC, President court of appeal set up a panel to investigate the bridery allegation; but till today Poroye and Jimoh Ibrahim refuses to appear before that Panel an nothng happen).

7. Approach the Supreme Court to Stop the New Appeal Panel.

8. (His Lawyers) Refuses to write is brief of arguments, and when they eventually did, came up with two different briefs of arguments which is against the law.

9. Again write petition against The Panel and blackmailed them when they are about delivering the Judgement.

10. File another mother midnight to Judgement day in which the Appeal panels where joined as Respondents.

11. Equally Write a blackmailed petition copying the APC Secretariat and the Presidency.

12. All of a sudden early in the morning, Sahara Reporter come up with their usual Chop-Make-I-Chop journalism reports that "Mimiko will get the Judgement he has paid for"

In all these process everybody that refuses to do Jimoh Ibrahim biding is BLACKMAILED, even the Judiciary and Nothing is done about it.

Well Justice may be delayed, But Justice cannot be denied.

it will be paid in full.

Good Morning.

Mmmmmh.. .

The highlighted below is the Genesis of this present problem. If the panel had abided by the laid down judicial principle of staris-decisis which Olanipekun quoted in Abia case we wouldn't have been here.

The Court of Appeal in Abuja has adjourned sine-die (indefinitely), further proceeding on the crisis rocking the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Ondo State.

In a ruling on Friday, a three-man Special Panel of the appellate court led by Justice Ibrahim Salauwa, announced their decision to hands-off dispute over who should be the flag-bearer of the PDP in the Ondo State governorship election billed for November 26.

The panel, which had earlier reserved its judgment on an appeal lodged before the appellate court by one of the contenders for the PDP ticket, Mr. Eyitayo Jegede, SAN, based its decision on a motion from the Supreme Court.

“Only yesterday, at about 7pm, we were served a motion in suit No CA/A/551b/2016, which was filed in the Supreme Court on November 17”, Justice Saulawa stated.

He said the motion which was filed by six chieftains of the PDP in South West, led by Chairman of the party in Ondo State, Prince Biyi Poroye, among other things, prayed the apex court to invoke its disciplinary powers against the appellate court panel.

The Poroye led group, who are Respondents in Jegede’s appeal, further prayed the apex court to not only set aside proceedings of the appellate court, but to also restrain the special panel from further adjudicating on the dispute.

Besides, the Respondents, who are appellants before the Supreme Court, equally applied for an order disqualifying/recusing all members of the special panel on the ground that they betrayed there Oath of Office by their refusal to be bound by laid down judicial principle of staris-decisis.

Poroye and the other Respondents contended that the panel had in a ruling it delivered on November 16, okayed Jegede’s appeal, despite being aware that the Supreme Court was already seized of the facts in dispute.

They had through their lawyer, Mr. Beluolisa Nwufor, SAN, vehemently opposed decision of the panel to hear Jegede’s appeal.

Nwufor, SAN, insisted that hearing the appeal would amount to the panel engaging in an act of “judicial rascality” since the matter was already before the apex court.

He argued that in line with the legal principle of lis-pendis, the appellate court ought to hands-off the case to avoid a situation where it would conduct a parallel proceeding with the Supreme Court on the same subject matter.

“In view of the unchallenged facts brought to the notice of this court that an appeal against the ruling granting leave to the appellant to appeal the high court judgment, which this court made on November 10, is already before the Supreme Court and has been entered.

“It is therefore our position that this court has lost its jurisdiction to continue with this matter. By order 5 Rule 11 of the Supreme Court Rules 1985, as amended, the Supreme Court is now seized of the whole of this proceeding as between the parties herein.

“It is also an undisputed fact that a motion on notice for staying of all further proceedings and further hearing in this appeal is pending at the Supreme Court and has been drawn to the notice of this court.

“We thus maintain that this panel cannot entertain further proceedings until that motion is decided by the apex court, one way or the other.

“Proceeding to hear this appeal will amount to an effort in futility. It will amount to judicial rascality and judicial impertinence.

“I submit that this court should not conduct parallel proceeding with the Supreme Court regarding the same case, but should allow the apex court, in line with the dictates of the hierarchy of courts established by the constitution, which places the Supreme Court above this court, to take a decision regarding the pending motion for stay of proceedings already before it.

“I urge you to follow your own earlier rulings in CA/A/402/2016 and CA/A/402a/ 2016, delivered on September 8, concerning this same Ondo PDP crisis”, Nwufor submitted.

However, the panel rejected his submission, even as it gave Jegede’s lead counsel, Chief Wole Olanipekun, SAN, the nod to adopt his processes in the appeal.

It is very easy to force INEC to postpone the elections. I trust mimiko to do the needful. Elections cannot hold in ondo unless the people allows it

Engineerbot and others, you guys should quit this emotional rants and move on. What played out is politicians out doing each other and nothing else. If you want to talk about justice, then you should go back to the root of the PDP crisis in Ondo state. Mimiko came into the party and pushed out all the legitimate party executive and leaders because he had the backing of Jonathan as at that time. If you did not call for justice for Poroye, Sola Oke and others that were pushed out by Mimiko, then there is no basis for calling for justice at this point in time.

Jimoh Ibrahim has played Mimiko's game on him and he should accept defeat. At the right time, the supreme court will rule on the matter so, all this emotional talk about justice or injustice should stop. All steps taken by Jimoh Ibrahim and Poroye so far are within the law. You guys should allow the legal process to be completed before accusing anybody of blackmailing the judiciary. What is playing out is nothing but politics.

If mimiko sponsors violence and ends up scuttling the polls will it also be part of the games? Because I tell you that is what will likely happen in ondo unless this issue is resolved before Saturday

At the bolded. Is that why Poroye use the same counsel for Complainants and Defendants as well before Abang.

And Abang ruled against Jegede without inviting him.

There will be no violence and election will hold as scheduled. Jimoh Ibrahim is PDP's candidate and he will participate in the election. If PDP wins, Jegede can claim back the mandate if he can convince the court that he's the legitimate PDP candidate. So, what's the basis for calling for violence?

Wishful thinking. We shall see. I am not calling for violence, I am only stating what will likely happen
