Why Is There No Section For Agriculture In Nairaland? by AloyEmeka6: 1:07am On Nov 05, 2009
Why is there no section for agriculture in Nairaland yet there is a space for racism and tribalism?. Some nairalanders will like to discuss about poultry, farming, animals , trees, cash crops, plant diseases etc but it just wouldn't fit in anywhere.

There is no section for per se, but topics about Agriculture are embedded in the Business/Career section and it would amaze you to discover the wealth of knowledge these posters have.

Yes it is needed!
I have a small banana plantation @ d back of my house, & i'm trying to kill a cluster of bananas growing too close to the house. But the problem is, they refused to die even after cutting it to ground level! Evri morning, a new shoot grows out 4rm a previously cut area!
I've tried using hotwater, salt, pepper, cement & acid to stop it from growing, but this thing behaves like a hydra!
Whats the solution?
