Prof Yakubu Mahmood, The independent National Commission INEC have made it clear that they won’t be postponing the Ondo gubernatorial election.

According to our correspondence Prof Mahmood made this known after his visit to the INEC office in Ondo State. He noted that the commission is ready for the Saturday poll.

Prof Mahmood said

“We had no plan to postpone this coming election this weekend because we are fully ready”.

There have been call by the Peoples Democratic party to postponed the Ondo State gubernatorial election scheduled for Saturday.
