The senate today at plenary updated through their Twitter handle @NGRsenate the #AntiJungleJustice bill. The bill which was sponsored by Senator Dino Melaye of the APC Kogi West senatorial district, seeks to punish those who take laws into their hand and to ensure that perpetrators of lynching and mob action are brought to book.

Well, let them clearly define the difference between Citizen-arrest acts and jungle justice. Its pretty clear though. |
