Ondo state governor-elect, Rotimi Akeredolu of the All Progressives Congress APC -was spotted chilling with his friends as they drank champagne and palm wine after his landslide victory. Akeredolu polled 244,662 votes. The candidate for Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Eyitayo Jegede, scored 150,380 votes, while Alliance for Democracy (AD)‘s candidate, Olusola Oke, received 126,889 votes.
