The month of December is known to be the most dangerous month Of the year as crime rate will be at its peak because people are desperate to provide something extra to meet their families expectations for the festive period.

Crimes to watch out for this December

1. Armed Robbery
This involves use of dangerous weapons to force you to give up your property. It could be on the highway or at home.
Armed robbers are very dangerous. Especially because no one wants to say "Happy new year" in jail, they will not want to spare any chance at all of being caught. Please try not to be stubborn with them incase you fall victim. Don't do your own new year in the grave.

3. Pick pockets.
They are everywhere: inside the molue ,road and public bus, These ones are very sneaky and difficult to spot. Don't be fooled by their decent dressing( cooperate thieves). I have been a victim once and it was a painful experience. To avoid stories that touch that heart, always hold your important valuables firmly on road or bus.

5. Rapists and kidnappers
In this era of 'changee dole' kidnappers now snatch their preys from the environment.
They accost their victims at already known points and times. The rapists and kidnappers usually observe their victims for sometime before attacking. But it should be noted that the rapists, in most cases, will have an unannounced access to their victims prior to the day they commit the crime. Kidnappers also work with informants who are directly associated with the victim. To avoid this always inform your parents where you are going or take along a friend, unless you are a Kong Fu person (Omo Mayweather).then you can fight your way out.

6. Advanced Fee Fraud.

AKA 419. Many have already been receiving SMS messages from criminals in this category. They claim to be Call Agents, bank CCA (customer service), and warn you Of wrong BVN, unregistered sim card, etc. They promise great rewards for investments and get gullible, greedy individuals. Just nelglect any of the text or you could also play a vital role by advertising an iPhone 7 Plus for 150k on Olx or Jiji, (dey go answer call tire).

Sorcery "juju" black magic and spiritual attacks, this involve the sacrifice of soul or human part for money ,so one need to be careful of his environment, especially crowded area for the guys. If u felt any unnecessary touch, please immediately check your body if any part is missing, and don't forget to be prayerful.

With these elaborations, remember to always be vigilant and report suspected activities or persons immediately.

Always trust your instincts
