So how did the picture get to the tomb? People of Isreal just carve out a tomb as tourist site for gullible followers and call it tomb of Jesus.

Obviously not original. According to the bible, Jesus was buried in an ordinary cave which was covered with a large stone. Not a place with art works all over it (it was part of is expression of humility)
