These days I have seen Nigerians just having websites all over the place though most are mobile webs but what I would like to know is if they are scammers or is there a legal gain in it |

As the poster immediately above me has said, you cannot tell from a distance (unless the domain name just doesn't look legit for any reason). I think the new thing now is for scammers to get domain and hosting for the purpose of sending mass emails and mirroring legit sites. |
