Dangote group has announced the sack of 109 of its workers

– The workers were sacked from the Obanjana Cement Company in Kogi state

– Some of the affected workers committed different offences like stealing company property among others and reckless driving

The group announced the sack of 109 workers on Tuesday, December 6, at the Obanjana Cement Company in Kogi state.

Speaking to journalists, the coordinator of Dangote’s patrol team, Abdulahi Magaji said the 109 workers were sacked after they were found guilty of various offences.

Nigeria news agency reports that, those sacked were among 244 suspects arrested between May and November.
