This is for your notice ,all Private Schools in the State do not Remit appropriate tax to your office in the followings forms: 1.Over taxing of staffs and under payment of returns to the LIRS. 2.No tax certificate issuance to all staffs concerned,even after disengaging for the establishment. 3.Trades ,Artisan Likewise. NOTE: The likely culprits are Government personnel's, who own schools and businesses. Thanks. |
