If you know the amount of money social clubs like rotaract, lions club etc have invested in the social economic development of Nigeria over the years then you'll realize that 50m is just a token compare to what they've given back to the society.

People are quick to complain about this but won't say shiit about others that spent state resources organizing jamborees/parties on national televisions (AIT) on a weekly basis.

Reading the letter it's an encouragement for past efforts and for social clubs to do more. Of course this support would have been extended to others like Lion's club and co in one way or the other.
