You can’t travel abroad, court tells Ibinabo

A Lagos high court, presided over by Justice Deborah Oluwayemi, on Wednesday, dismissed an application filed by former beauty queen and actress, Ibinabo Fiberesima.
She was seeking leave of the court to travel abroad, to attend the forthcoming Miss Earth 2009 Pageant, which will be held in Manila, Philippines.
In dismissing the application, the judge wondered why the ex-convict instead of proceeding with her appeal at the appellate court, was bothering herself with travelling out for a beauty contest.
Justice Oluwayemi described the application as frivolous and an abuse of court’s process.
Ibinabo was sentenced to five years imprisonment, for dangerous and reckless driving which allegedly caused the death of Dr. Giwa Suraj.

Its a pity Ibinabo is in this mess. Had it been the man she knocked over did not die, things would have been a lot easier. She should just give her life to christ and pray God should have mercy on her.

Serves the bitch right for killing such an innocent promising man.who has a wife and young kids due to her recklesness and negligence.the idiot.how i so much dislike her.i wonder why the judge did not sentence her to death.so she has time to say she wants to enjoy her life after destroying another mans life.turning the young woman to a widow and young kids to fatherless kids.stupid bitch.may God punish her.
