happy Sunday,here's what I think,you might need to modify your post to specify the dimensions of the banner or is it for nairaland?. and the time limit for the competition.


personally its much better to work with one good designer that Wld ensure you are satisfied.


well learned designers are always skeptical about competition. there is not assurance that winners would even be picked and that their works wouldn't be stolen.

On the issue of whether winners will get paid or not, you have every right to ask the question .
However rather than making promises that I will pay, I can send money to anyone you and your group will chose.
After the contest, the person will pay the winners. But then I am sure if you know my username on this nairaland, you wouldn't have doubted if I would pay or not.

And of course I can easily give the work to one person and pay him 3000 but I chose to spend 3000 X 5 to encourage more designers.
And secondly, I will take that option of giving the work to one person if after today and tomorrow, people aren't interested in the small contest.
