Managing Stress is a learned skill which anybody can master with practice. 1. Exercise regularly 2. Get plenty of sleep and follow a daily routine. 3. Talk to somebody trustworthy about what is stressing you out. 4. Keep a diary and write about the positive and negatives you're facing. Read it often 5. Set a timer for 3 minutes daily during which you sit in a quiet place and focus on your breath You'll soon feel better. 1 Like |
