Method Grate or slice your Okro,garlic,chilli pepper,and onion. Place a clean dry pan on the fire Add a tablespoon of oil and leave to heat up Add in garlic, shrimps,stock cubes and onions and keep stirring. Add in chilli pepper and the grated Okro and stir. Add boiling water and continue to stir |

Finally add the fish and stir gently then leave to simmer for about 5 mins. |
